This course is a comprehensive 5-day program designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to successfully plan, execute, and manage projects within their organizations. This course is tailored for non-teaching staff, providing them with the tools to effectively oversee projects, align them with organizational goals, manage resources, and mitigate risks.

The course adopts a blended approach, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project management principles. Participants will engage in interactive workshops that simulate real-world project scenarios, allowing them to apply the concepts learned in a controlled environment. These workshops will include case studies, role-playing, and collaborative group exercises designed to mirror the challenges faced in actual project management.
Throughout the course, participants will be encouraged to participate in group discussions, where they can share their experiences, insights, and best practices with peers from diverse professional backgrounds. This collaborative learning environment fosters peer-to-peer learning and helps participants develop a broader perspective on project management.
Assessment will be continuous and multifaceted, focusing on the participant's engagement, contributions to group activities, and the ability to apply learned concepts to practical situations.
