This course is ideal for educators looking to enhance their digital skills and create engaging teaching materials, detailed reports, and dynamic presentations. Participants will learn to craft professional posters and CVs while mastering tools like mobile photography, video creation, Canva, and ChatGPT. The course also covers the effective use of social media in education.

The "Digital Skills for Educators" course is designed to equip teachers and education professionals with essential digital tools and strategies to enhance their teaching practices. In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, the ability to effectively integrate technology into the classroom is crucial. This course focuses on developing digital literacy, exploring online teaching methodologies, and utilizing various educational technologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students.

Learning objectives:

  • Developing Digital Skills: Participants will acquire modern competencies in creating engaging educational materials, reports, presentations, posters, and CVs.

  • Exploring and Utilizing Digital Tools: Learners will be taught how to use mobile photography, create short videos, utilize the Canva application, and tools like ChatGPT to enhance their teaching methods.

  • Integrating Technology with Teaching: The course aims to increase teachers' confidence in incorporating digital technologies into the educational process, leading to more dynamic and effective learning experiences for students.

  • Utilizing Social Media: Participants will understand how to effectively use social media in an educational context to increase engagement and interaction with students.

  • Practical Application of Acquired Knowledge: The course will enable teachers to apply their newly acquired skills in practice by creating materials they can immediately use in their work.
