Agenda

The course is designed for educators who want to strengthen their ability to create learning environments where every student can thrive. Through interactive workshops, mindfulness practices, case studies, and collaborative activities, participants explore the foundations of inclusive education, strategies for reducing learning barriers, and practical approaches to supporting diverse learners, including those with special educational needs. The course also focuses on building emotionally supportive classrooms, enhancing motivation and self-esteem, and developing effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Each participant will design a personalised action plan for their own school, supported by digital tools and online platforms that promote collaboration and reflection. By the end of the programme, participants will gain practical methods to reduce stress, foster intercultural competence and empathy, and expand their professional networks for long-term cooperation.
