Intensive English Language Course in Iceland

This intensive course aims to enhance your English proficiency, with a strong recommendation that participants have at least a minimum A2 level.
The main goal is to build confidence and fluency in spoken English, providing a foundation for further language development. Additionally, the course includes elements of Icelandic culture, making it both educational and culturally enriching.

  • Comprehend recordings in social, professional, or academic contexts, identifying viewpoints and attitudes.

  • Read independently with adaptable style and speed for different texts and purposes.

  • Quickly scan complex texts to find relevant details.

  • Summarize the plot and sequence of events in a text or film.

  • Writing Skills (upon request)

  • Write independently with adaptable style and speed for different texts and purposes.

  • Summarize the plot and sequence of events in a film or play.

Methods and tools:

  • daily motivational activities, self-awareness exercises, personal development tasks, pair and group work, simulations, and networking both in the classroom and during outdoor activities.

It includes:

  • 25 hours of classes spread over 5 course days,

  • Learning Materials,

  • Optional Cultural Activities and Visits,

  • Participants’ Evaluation Feedback,

  • Certificate of Attendance and Europass mobility
