The "Stress Management Strategies for Well-being" course offers a comprehensive and practical approach to managing stress effectively. Over five days, participants will engage in interactive sessions that combine theory, practical exercises, and mindfulness practices to develop mental resilience and foster a positive mindset.

This 5-day course is designed to equip participants with essential tools and techniques for managing stress, enhancing emotional intelligence, and cultivating mental toughness. The program focuses on developing a growth mindset, applying stress management strategies in real-life scenarios, and promoting overall well-being. Participants will also explore cultural perspectives on stress through a local excursion, fostering intercultural understanding.
