The course employs a dynamic, hands-on approach combining interactive workshops, group discussions, role-playing, and outdoor team-building activities to enhance learning. Participants will engage in experiential learning, where they actively apply classroom management strategies in simulated scenarios.
Assessment is formative and reflective, ensuring continuous development. Participants will receive feedback through group reflections, peer discussions, and trainer observations. Additionally, they will complete a final action plan, outlining how they will implement the learned strategies in their own classrooms, serving as both an assessment and a practical takeaway.
