This course empowers school leaders, NGO executives, and educators to lead with innovation, inclusivity, and emotional intelligence. The five-day programme combines interactive workshops, reflection, and practical exercises to strengthen leadership, emotional resilience, and wellbeing. Participants will explore inclusive and innovative strategies to lead future-ready educational institutions and NGOs effectively.
