This course empowers school leaders, NGO executives, and educators to lead with innovation, inclusivity, and emotional intelligence. Through interactive sessions and reflection, participants develop strategies for emotional resilience, wellbeing-based leadership, and practical tools to build collaborative, future-ready, and sustainable organizations.

The five-day programme combines interactive workshops, reflection, and practical exercises to strengthen leadership, emotional resilience, and wellbeing. Participants will explore inclusive and innovative strategies to lead future-ready educational institutions and NGOs effectively.

The course uses a highly interactive and experiential approach to learning, combining multiple teaching modes to engage participants both intellectually and practically:
Workshops and interactive lectures – participants explore key concepts and leadership frameworks.
Group discussions and peer learning – sharing experiences and best practices among school and NGO leaders.
Coaching and facilitation exercises – practicing active listening, feedback, and team support techniques.
Reflection and self-assessment activities – guided reflection on personal leadership style and wellbeing practices.
Case studies and real-life scenarios – applying strategies to practical challenges in schools and NGOs.
Cultural activities – experiential learning through team-based intercultural experiences.
