The course is designed for educational leaders who wish to enhance their leadership effectiveness through coaching. Participants will learn core skills like active listening, effective questioning, and goal-setting,tailored to the educational environment. They will explore models like GROW and apply these skills through practical exercises in real-world scenarios.

  • Understand coaching principles and their relevance to educational leadership.

  • Develop key coaching skills, such as active listening and constructive feedback.

  • Apply coaching models, like the GROW model, to facilitate individual and team growth.

  • Address common coaching challenges in an educational setting, including resistance and performance issues.

  • Promote a coaching culture to enhance collaboration, trust, and overall team performance.

  • Utilize coaching strategies for career development, leadership growth, and succession planning.

  • Foster innovation and creativity through coaching techniques.

  • Build a supportive and empathetic environment that encourages open communication.

  • Create an action plan to integrate coaching into daily leadership practices for sustainable impact.

  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of coaching initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Workshops and Interactive Lectures: Introduce core concepts and coaching frameworks.

  • Role Plays and Real-life Scenarios: Provide practical experience in applying coaching techniques.

  • Group Discussions and Peer Feedback: Facilitate the exchange of ideas and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Reflective Practices: Encourage self-assessment and continuous improvement.

  • Action Planning: Support participants in developing strategies for implementing coaching skills in their leadership roles.

  • 25 hours of classes spread over 5 course days,

  • Learning Materials,

  • Optional Cultural Activities and Visits,

  •  Certificate of Attendance and Europass mobility
