This course equips educators with tools to build inclusive and emotionally supportive classrooms where all students can thrive. Over five days, participants explore the foundations of inclusive education, strategies for stress reduction and mindfulness, methods of supporting diverse learners including SEN students, and techniques for motivation, communication, and conflict resolution.
Through interactive workshops, case studies, and collaborative action planning, teachers will strengthen their ability to create positive classroom climates, support students’ wellbeing, and promote empathy and intercultural competence. The programme concludes with participants presenting their own school action plans, receiving certificates, and engaging in cultural activities.
