This course is designed to support teachers in developing emotional intelligence, inclusive classroom strategies, and creative approaches to wellbeing. It provides participants with the skills and knowledge needed to create engaging, supportive, and emotionally balanced learning environments that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Through a combination of interactive lectures, practical workshops, experiential learning, and reflective exercises, participants will explore ways to enhance classroom dynamics, build positive relationships with students, and foster motivation and engagement. The course integrates mindfulness, creative activities, art, movement, and collaborative exercises to help teachers develop empathy, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.
Participants will also gain tools for stress management and personal wellbeing, enabling them to model healthy emotional practices for their students and maintain balance in their professional lives. By combining pedagogical strategies with wellbeing and creative approaches, the course equips teachers to create a nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic classroom culture.
