This intensive course provides educators and professionals with essential project management skills while integrating the power of AI tools into everyday practice. Participants will explore the fundamentals of planning, scheduling, and agile methods, followed by hands-on workshops in project design and teamwork. Through case studies and simulations, they will apply AI solutions to risk analysis, decision-making, monitoring, and reporting, gaining practical experience with platforms such as Trello, Asana, Miro, and AI-powered project assistants.
The programme emphasizes collaboration, intercultural exchange, and creativity, enabling participants to design and present their own projects, which can be directly adapted to school and organizational contexts. By the end of the course, they will be equipped to manage projects more effectively, reduce workload through digital tools, and approach challenges with greater adaptability and confidence.
5-day Programme

Day 1: Fundamentals of project management; roles and responsibilities. Participants explore the basics of project management and reflect on different roles within project teams.

Day 2: Planning and scheduling; agile methods; project planning workshop. A practical workshop on planning and scheduling projects using agile methods.

Day 3: AI in project management; risk analysis; case study and group project work. Case studies and teamwork on using AI tools for analysing risks and supporting decision-making.

Day 4: Monitoring, evaluation and reporting; integrating AI in everyday practice. Participants prepare sample reports and practise monitoring projects using AI-powered tools.

Day 5: Final project presentations; evaluation; certificate ceremony; cultural activities. Groups present their final projects and enjoy cultural activities as a closing experience.
